Tomintoul Primary School, located in the highest village in Scotland, has been home to Room 13 since 2009.

The studio opens 2-3 days a week with a regular volunteer Artist in Residence, Dawn Davison. The studio is often used to support creative projects in the school, and any opportunity to compliment the curriculum is enthusiastically embraced.

Room 13 Tomintoul thrives on community support from the village and does its best to repay this by contributing to community events.
The studio works hard to remain self-sufficient, raising funds through exhibitions and commissions and by selling craft products. The quality and integrity the young artists are encouraged to strive for in their work has brought them success and recognition in their region.

Room 13 Tomintoul is always on the lookout for projects and opportunities and welcomes visiting artists.
