Local to Everywhere #WeAreRoom13

Room 13 continues to inspire people to take forward creative and enterprising ideas in their own schools and communities. We love to hear about the ways in which Room 13 has inspired people and welcome news of creative projects and initiatives coming to life around the world.

As the Room 13 concept has migrated to other schools, other countries and other cultures it has come to encompass a diverse array of creative and enterprising activity. The name of Room 13, refers to a collective ethos of youth led creativity, enterprise and enquiry that we have freely shared and promoted. While the majority of Room 13 studios worldwide are autonomous and independent of our Scottish charity, we are proud to be associated with so many studios and initiatives around the world who adopted the name of Room 13 along with key principles characteristics of the original studio. 

Every Room 13 studio means the world to those to whom it belongs. Room 13 is local, everywhere.

We intend to showcase a selection of Room 13 activity from around the world. From long established studios, workshops in shared community spaces, backyards and sheds, to experimental projects, and pop-up events: each studio shares their work and projects through their own websites and social media.
